1. Returns


  • Due to the nature of mystery boxes, we generally cannot accept returns for opened boxes.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.



2. Refunds


  • Approved refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.



3. Exchanges


  • If your squishy arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we can offer a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Exceptions


  • Personalized items, final sale items, or opened mystery boxes cannot be returned.
