6. Lost or Damaged Packages


  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@mysterysquishy.com as soon as possible. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue.



7. Address Accuracy


  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Mystery Squishy is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
